RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ONLINE Full refunds will be issued on items returned  within 14 days of receiving your purchase. No exceptions. All sale items are final sale.      

IN STORE:Exchange or store credit within 30-days from purchase date. No refunds. All sale items are final sale.

Merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund or credit. Shipping charges for returns are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.    

To return unwanted items please email hello@sealustre.com Please have your order confirmation number ready (can be found in your order confirmation email).    

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete.      

Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  

*No returns or exchanges on final sale products (final sale marked during checkout).
