HOLIDAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
ONLINE: Full refunds will be issued on items returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase. All sale items are final sale.
Purchases made outside the holiday return window are eligible for refunds on items returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase. No exceptions. All sale items are final sale.
IN STORE: Purchases made between November 18 and December 23 are eligible for exchange or store credit though January 15, 2026. All sale items are final sale.
Purchases made outside the holiday return window are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30-days from purchase date. No refunds. No exceptions. All sale items are final sale.
Merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund or credit. Shipping charges for returns are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.
To return unwanted items please email hello@sealustre.com Please have your order confirmation number ready (can be found in your order confirmation email).
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete.
