STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are shipped during standard business hours Tuesday through Friday from our boutique in Tequesta, FL. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays and after 1:00 PM EST Friday, will be processed the following Tuesday, if in-stock.
Please note, during busy periods or within five (5) days of a new collection launch or sale there may be delays with order processing and dispatch.
Clothing: Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be dispatched same day, Tuesday through Friday. Please email us if you need it sooner or respond directly to your order confirmation email.
Jewelry: In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be dispatched same day, Tuesday through Friday. Please email us if you need it sooner or respond directly to your order confirmation email. Please allow 7-10 business days for custom jewelry orders.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is unavailable Saturday through Monday. All orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the following Tuesday.

Domestic Delivery
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
Free Shipping on Order $75 (5-8 days)
$12 USPS Priority (3-4 days)
$18 UPS 2-Business Day Delivery (if placed by 1:00 EST Tuesday-Friday)
$40 UPS Next Day Delivery (if placed by 1:00 EST Tuesday-Friday)

All online orders are currently shipped from our boutique in Tequesta, FL. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Lost In Transit
Once your order has been packed with love and has left our boutique, it is then in the hands of USPS or UPS. Should your parcel become lost in transit or you believe it is mis-delivered, please launch an investigation with USPS here.
