HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

This holiday season, we offer exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase or by January 15, 2025. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in new condition.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

CLOTHING CARE
All Sea Lustre designs are handmade with love. To maintain the brilliance and life of your pieces, we recommend the following care instructions:  

  • Gently handwash in cold water with mild detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Squeeze excess water before hanging to dry, do not wring or twist as rayon is delicate when wet
  • Steam or use low-to-medium iron setting to release wrinkles 

*Rayon may shrink at various rates when washed in a machine, even in cold water. It will significantly shrink if you put it in the dryer.
Deviation could result in shrinkage, color fading or rips and tears.

JEWELRY CARE 
Pearls are an organic gift from the sea. They do not like perfumes, hairspray, lotions, chlorine or any harsh chemicals. To clean your pearl jewelry, use a mild soap and water.
 
METAL CARE 
All Sea Lustre jewelry designs are made in sterling silver, yellow gold fill and yellow gold over sterling silver. The best method for cleaning your metal designs is with a polishing cloth. Never submerge your jewelry (especially pearls) in any silver cleaners.

 

SHIPPING

All domestic shipping is free with orders over $75. We ship USPS from our Tequesta, FL store.  

Orders are shipped during standard business hours Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays and after 1:00 PM EST Friday, will be processed the following Tuesday, if in-stock.

Please note, during busy periods or within five (5) days of a new collection launch or sale there may be delays with order processing and dispatch.

Clothing: Most orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be dispatched the next business day, Tuesday through Friday. Please email us if you need it sooner or respond directly to your order confirmation email.

Jewelry: Orders usually ship between 3-5 business days. Please email us if you need it sooner or respond directly to your order confirmation email.

Once your order is dispatched, you will recieve shipping confirmation along with tracking information via e-mail address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder, or email us.

 
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ONLINE: Full refunds will be issued on items returned  within 14 days of receiving your purchase. No exceptions. All sale items are final sale.      

IN STORE: Exchange or store credit within 30-days from purchase date. No refunds. All sale items are final sale.

Merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund or credit. Shipping charges for returns are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.    

To return unwanted items please email hello@sealustre.com Please have your order confirmation number ready (can be found in your order confirmation email).    

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete.      

Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
